Cancel your plan

Use this form to request cancellation of your plan's renewal: preventing future renewals and charges.

This form will inform us to cancel your 'Individual', 'Department', or 'Whole-School' membership plan on your behalf. If you do so, your plan will remain active until the end of the current cycle that you've paid for, but we will ensure it does not renew and that you will not face further charges. Until the cycle you've paid for ends, your access all of our resources in the 'Members Area' of the site remains open - even when you've submitted this cancellation request.

This form must be used to request plan cancellation in advance of a plan renewal: it is not a refund-request form. If your plan has already renewed and you have been charged, plan-related charges already made will not be refunded as per the agreed terms and conditions. Since these terms and conditions were agreed at the time of registration we will not negotiate in relation to them. If you failed to cancel your plan and failed to ask us to cancel it: we will categorically refuse your refuind request.

If this form is used before plan renewal, but due to administrative error or time-constraints, we fail to cancel your plan and you are charged: only in this circumstance will a refund be offered. In this rare eventuality please email us at contact@globalmetacognition.com with a copy of the form submission email that is/was sent whenever this 'Cancel Your Plan' form is submitted and we will investigate your claim.
